Legally the City cannot touch County rights of way. He questioned what might be done in event the State turns down the City's request for repairs on Ash, ,Lincoln and McKenzie ' Streets. Attorney Anderson also suggested the City give consideration to an ordinance requiring a sub-divider toriattw_4 the streets to standard condition beforeconsidering a plat.
