Sao-nary District within tbecity of Tigard.
WgBRBAS, the hereinafter described Lads included within
the corporate limits of the City of Tigard are likewise lucluded
within the boundaries of the Metager Sanitary Districts and
WHEMA89 pursuant to the provisions of Sections 222.520 and
222.524 O. R. S., the Council of the City of Tigard. Oregon desires
to cause to haw® that ares of the Hauges Sanitary District lying
within the boundaries of the City of Tipard withdraw from said
Metmlar Sanitary District$

City Council, does hereby elect to cense the withdrawal from the

Incorporated in the City of Tigard;
(2) That a public bearing for the purpose of ging any
