Resolution No. 10-17 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 10- ``7 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE MASTER FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 09-44 TO INSTITUTE FEES FOR THE NEW DOWNTOWN REVIEW PROCEDURES WHEREAS, the Development Code was amended by Ordinance 10-02 instituting new code language and design review for the Downtown district;and WHEREAS, the Code institutes new types of procedures: Design Review Compliance Letter, Downtown Design Administrative Review, and Downtown. Design Review (Design Review Board), which differ from present procedures;and WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has a Master Fees and Charges Schedule that was last adopted by Resolution 09-44 with later amendments. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The fees and charges for the Downtown review procedures are enumerated and set shown on the attached schedule (Exhibit A).
