TIGARD CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION NO. US-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE TIGARD TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PLAN
UPDATE CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMIE
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard was awarded a.Transportation and Growth Management grant from the
Oregon Department of Transportation to update the Tigard Transportation System Plan, and
WHEREAS,it is the City's policy to establish special City advisory boards and committees tteess to provide input
to the City Council,Planning Commission,and City staff; and
WHEREAS, a Citizen Advisory Committee is required to guide the preparation of the plan and present the
updated plan to City Council, and
WHEREAS, Council Resolution 08-47 amended the process to form and appoint members to limited
duration Citizen Advisory Committees and updating the Tigard'Transportation System Plan requires the
input of Tigard's citizens and potentially affected businesses;and
WHEREAS,Council Resolution 08-54 establishes a limited duration Citizen Advisory Committee to guide
the update of the Tigard Transportation System Plan and determines the membership of said committee.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The membership of the Tigard Transportation System Plan Update Citizen Advisory
Committee shall consist of those individuals listedon Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: Unless determined otherwise by Council, the Tigard.Transportation System Plan Update
Citizen Advisory Coi ttee shall sunset at the completion of their task which shall be
immediately following final presentation of the completed update to the City Council.
SECTION 3: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
