Resolution No. 08-15 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 08--/5 A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #11 TO THE FY 2007-08 BUDGET INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE FUND BUDGET TO REFLECT THE ANTICIPATED COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF 72ND AVENUE AND DARTMOUTH. WHEREAS, the City issued a work order agreement in January 2007 to W & H Pacific for improvement to the 72"'Avenue and Dartmouth Street intersection; and WHEREAS, the project was not able to be completed during fiscal year 2006-2007; and WHEREAS, no appropriation were budgeted for the project in the Traffic Impact Fee Fund during the development of the fiscal year 2007-08 budget;and WHEREAS, the remaining amount on the work order agreement is $160,000. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The FY 2007-08 Budget is hereby amended as shown in Attachment A to this resolution to transfer$160,000 from the Traffic Impact Fee Fund contingency to Capital Improvements to provide sufficient appropriations to complete dais project in the current fiscal year. SECTION 2: This resolution is effective immediately upon passage.
