Resolution No. 05-59 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON I RESOLUTION NO. 05-,t> A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT FOR MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1,2005 AND AMEND THE EXISTING SALARY SCHEDULE(E)(HIBIT A) WHEREAS, the current salary schedule for the Manageniei-t/Supezvisory/Confidential Group employees was last amended for a cost of living adjustment effective October 1,2004; and WHEREAS, the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group employees are not represented by a collective bargaining agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council discussed the matter of an October 1, 2005 cost of living adjustment at its September 13,2005 meeting NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: A 2.3% cost of living adjustment effective October 1, 2005 is approved for the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group employees and the salary scheduled, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is amended accordurgly. i SECTION 2: This resolution is effective inunediately upon passage.
