A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT #7 TO THE FY 2000-01 ADOPTED
BUDGET TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO POLICY
AND ADMINISTRATION OPERATING APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE SPECIAL ELECTION
HELD MARCH 13,2001.
WHEREAS, A special election was held March 13,2001 for electing a new Mayor for the City of Tigard,
and
WHEREAS,the cost of conducting the election was$2,440,
WHEREAS,the cost of the special election was not included in the FY 2000-01 Adopted Budget,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: The FY 2000-01 Adopted Budget of the City of Tigard is hereby amended as shown in
Attachment A to this resolution.
