CITY OF TIGARD,OREGON RESOLUTION NO.00- J4- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAZ, GROUP PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE JULY 1,2000 WHEREAS, the City Council approved a 2.6%cost of living adjustment effective July 1, 2000 for the ManagemenbSupervisory/Confidential Group at their May 23,2000 meeting; WHEREAS,the pay plan for the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group has not b.zn updated since July 1,1999; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that the pay pian for the Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group, effective July 1, 2000, and attached as Exhibit A be adopted.
