CITY OF TIGARD.OREGON RESOLUTION NO.99-3 5 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A COST OF LIV fNG INCREASE FOR MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL.. GROUP EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1999,AND AlviEND THE EXISTING SALARY SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the current salary schedule for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees was adopted with a cost of living adjustment effective July 1,1998 for the fiscal year 1998-99;and WH`I✓REAS,the ManagemenvSupervisory/Confidentiai Group Employees are non-represented employees; and WHEREAS, it is timely that the Council consider, and if appropriate, approve a cost of living salary adjustment for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees effective July 1, 1999 for the fiscal year 1999-2000 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The current salary schedule for Management/Supervisory/Confidential Group Employees be increased by a cost of living salary adjustment of 2.5%effective July 1, 1999, PASSED: This day of 1999.
