Resolution No. 98-70 CITY OF TIGARD,OREGON RESOLUTION NO.98-`7cD A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL REAPPOINTING SHEL SCALAR AND JAMES GRIFFITH, AND APPOINTING DARRELL GLENN MORES AND DAVID ANDERSON TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION. WHEREAS,the first terms of Shel Scolar and James Griffith have expired and WHEREAS, Shel Scolar and James Griffith have expressed an interest in reappointment to the Planning C WHEREAS,two vacancies have occwred on the Planning Commission as a result of the resignations of Michael Neff and Janes Castile and WHEREAS,Darrell Glenn*1.vies and David Anderson have expressed interest in ser-ing on the Planning Commission NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: Shel Scolar and James Griffith are reappointed to the Planning Commission to terms which shall expire 12-31-2002. SECTION 2: Darrel Glenn Mores is appointed to complete the term of Michael Neff which shall expire 12-31-2000.
