RESOLUTION NO.97-05
A RESOLUTION TO RELINQUISH THE CITY OF TIGARD'S INTEREST IN PROPERTY
OWNED BY MR.J.A.ATWOOD.
WHEREAS,..The City owned property described in Deed No.89-09953 incorrectly described a tract of
land not entirely owned by the grantor and included adjacent real property owned by Mr.J.A.Atwood;
and
WHEREAS, The City desires to relinquish any interest in the real property owned by Mr.J.A.Atwvood. h "
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION I: The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee,to sign a u
statutory quitclaim deed conveying the City's interest in the real property owned by Mr,
J.A.Atwood and described in Exhibit"A",from the City to Mr.J.A.Atwood.
