WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 27, 1996, to receive input r is

WHEREAS, after due consideration, the Tigard City Council has decided to

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: )
Section 1. An election is hereby called in and for the City of
Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, for the purpose of °
submitting to the legal voters of said City the followings�Kl

.Section 2. Tuesday, November 5, 1996, between the hours of 7 a.m.
and 8 p.m., is hereby designated the date and time for r
