� A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL HONORING GENE SEIBEL OF THE �
x`# TUALATIN VALLEY WATER DISTRICT z.
WHEREAS, Gene Seibel was an employee of the Wolf Creek Water District beginning g g in 1963,
t' was appointed Superintendent in 1978 and has served as General Manager of the Tualatin
Valley Water District since the merger of the Wolf Creek Water District and Metzger Water
District;and
WHEREAS,Gene Seibel has been a leader in efforts to address the regional water needs of the
Portland Metropolitan Area;and 6

WHEREAS, Gene Seibel has assisted the City of Tigard to develop solutions on numerous
occasions so that the City Could deliver water to its customers.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: h
SECTION 1: The City of Tigard expresses its appreciation to Gene Seibei for his many years h
of providing water service to the area and planning for the long-term needs of kY
the region.
