WHEREAS, a public sewer easement,recorded in deed Book 578 Page 337 and Tract II in deed Book 578 4 ..
Page 345 all of which is not required for sanitary sewer purposes,being along the east line of Bonita
' Industrial Park;and �.
WHEREAS,the owners of the lots have requested the extinguishment of the easement;and
WHEREAS, there is no sewer pipe within the easement and the easement is not needed for public sewer in
the future.

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: s
SECTION I: The City of Tigard hereby extinguishes it interest in the easement described in the
property descriptions and maps attached hereto as exhibit"A"and incorporated herein
' by this reference.
