A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET rOR 1995/96 FOR THE REPLACEMENT
OF DAMAGED ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT.
Whereas, the Engineering Total Station Survey Instrument was damaged, and
Whereas, it was determined that replacing the equipment was more cost
effective than -epairing it, and
Whereas, City insurance raid $3,206 for the loss of City property and there
are existing appropriations for the repai.c and maintenance of this equipment
In the 1995/96 budget,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: Insurance proceeds in the amount of $3,206 are recognized as
revenue in the general fund.
Section 2: Appropriations are increased in the Community Development Program
for Engineering as follows:
