RESOLUTION NO. 95-05
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, AUTHORIZING TFE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A DEDICATION DEED,
DEDICATING RIGHT OF WAY FOR GAARDE STREET.
WHEREAS, in 1991, properties were acquired by the City of Tigard for the
purpose of constructing the new alignment of Gaarde Street; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds that a portion of the properties
is required for public right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City of Tigard hereby dedicates to the public the
property described in the Dedication Deed. A copy of the
deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "1" and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Section 2: Further, the Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the
City Administrator to Sign the Dedication Deed.
