RESOLUTION NO. 94- 08
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY A QUITCLAIM DEED EXTINGUIS;II:.G EASEMENTS WITHIN THE LANDAU WOODS

WHEREAS, the Landau Woods Subdivision, SUB 91-06, required the
relocation of a portion of a public sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer within an easement recorded at Fee Number
90-37919 has been abandoned leaving no need for the easement; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer constructed within the subdivision has
eliminated the need for sanitary sewer easement recorded at 90-37922
intended to provide sanitary sewer service to the parcel to the west;
and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council finds that the easements provided on
the subdivision are adequate for the sanitary sewers now in use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City of Tigard hereby extinguishes its interest in
do the easements recorded at Washington County Deed Records,
MW 90-37919 and 90-37922.
Section 2: Further, the Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the
City Administrator to sign a Statutory Quitclaint Deed
extinguishing the City's interests in the easements.

The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Oregon GRANTOR, releases and quitclaims
to AL WILLIAMSON, GRANTEE all of GRANTOR'S right, title, and interest in and
to the real property, situated in Washington County, Oregon, granted to the
GRANTOR by instrument recorded at Washington County Deed Records, 90-37919 and
90-37922.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.00. However, the actual
consideration consists of or includes other property or value given or promised
which is the whole consideration.
THIS INSTRUaAENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS INSTRUMENT
IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. BEFORE SIGNING OR
