A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY A DEDICATION DEED TRANSFERRING TITLE OF THE RESERVE ACCESS STRIPS
TO THE PUBLIC.
WHEREAS, reserve access strips have been dedicated to the City of Tigard
at the ends of various streets in accordance with Community Development
Code section 18.164.030 F.l.a; and,
WHEREAS, when streets are extended, the reserve strips need to be
dedicated to the public for street right of way purposes; and,
WHEREAS, street extensions have been authorized by the City in the
location shown in Exhibit "1".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. The Tigard City Council hereby authorizes the City
Administrator to sign a Dedication Deed dedicating various
reserve access strips to the public for street purposes.
A copy of the deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "1" and
incorporated herein by this reference.

FGR ROAD OR STREET PURPOSES
The City of Tiaarti a municipal corporation does hereby dedicate to the public a perpetual right-of-way
for street,road,and utility purposes on,over,across,under,along,and within the following described real
properties in Washington County,Oregon:
Being those parcel described as Tracts "C", "D" and "E", Cotswald Meadows No. 3,
recorded in Plat Book 62,Pages 34-36 in Washington County,State of Oregon;and
that parcel described as Tract"F',Benchview Estates recorded in Plat Book 66,pages 38-
41 in Washington County,State of Oregon;and
those parcel described as Tract"B","C",and"D"Castle Hill recorded in Plat Book 82,
Pages 31-36 in Washington County,State of Oregon.
To have and to hold the above-described and dedicated rights unto the public forever for uses and
purposes hereinabove stated.
The grantors hereby covenants that they are the owner in fee simple and the property is free of all liens
and encumbrances,they have good and legal right to grant their right above-described,and they will pay
all taxes and assessments due and owing on the property.
The true consideration for this conveyance is$0.00. However,the actual consideration consists of or
includes other property or value given or promised which is the whole consideration-
