A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIGARD AND OPEU, LOCAL 199.
WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement was adopted in 1989;and
WHEREAS, the current collective bargaining agreement expired on June 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, a new collective bargaining agreement has been negotiated for the period of
July 1, 1992 through June 30, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The collective bargaining agreement between the City of Tigard and OPEU,
Local 199, effective July 1, 1992 through June 30, 1995, as attached as
Exhibit"A", is hereby adopted,.
