RESOLUTION NO. 92-410
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
TEMPORARY SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS ON THE LANDMARF: FORD PROPERTY
WHEREAS, in 1986 and 1987 temporary easements were granted for
construction of a sanitary sewer line ar_ross properties now owned by
Landmark Ford near the intersection of SW 58th Parkway and Elmhurst
Street; and.
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer construction work has been completed and the
need for the easements has ended; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of the property have requested formal release of the
temporary easements as provided in the original easement documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The City Administrator is hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City, the document attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" formally releasing the Temporary Sanitary
Sewer Easements recorded as Washington County Recorder's
Number 86044427 and 87 25315.

I (EASEMENT RELEASE)
The CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON, a municipal corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon GRANTOR,
releases and quitclaims to James L. Corliss and Cora K. Corliss,
G—xAIvTEES, all of GRANTOR'S ri-aht; ritla, and interest in and to the
Temporary Sanitary Sewer Easements granted by the GRANTEES on January
30, 1987, and recorded as Washington County Recorders's No. 87025315 and
by Ronald Dyches on July 23, 1986, and recorded as Washington County
Recorder's No. 86044427.
The true consideration for this conveyance is $0.00. However,
the actual consideration consists of or includes other property or value
given or promised which is the whole consideration.
THIS INSTRUMENT WILL NOT ALLOW USE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS
INSTRUMENT IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAND USE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
BEFORE SIGNING OR ACCEPTING THIS INSTRUMENT, THE PERSON ACQUIRING FEE
TITLE TO THE PROPERTY SHOULD CHECK WITH THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY
PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO VERIFY APPROVED USES.
