RESOLUTION NO. 92-aO
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3640 SW MC
DONALD STREET AND SETTING A MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE: SELLING PRICE.
WHEREAS,the hearing required by TMC 3.44.015 soliciting testimony on the proposed sale of
property has been held and such testimony has been considered, and,
WHEREAS,the value of the property has been appraised at$75,500,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1:
The property located at 8640 SW McDonald shall be offered for sale at a minimum acceptable
price of$75,500.
Section 2:
City staff is directed to proceed with the sale pursuant with TMC 3.44.015.
