RESOLUTION NO. 91-a5 _
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF UNANTICIPATED REVENUE.
WHEREAS, $2,685 in special donations has been received by the
Library for use in Library activities, and
WHEREAS, certain Parks maintenance equipment expenditures amounting
to $3,016 were reimbursed by the State of Oregon Department of
Insurance in accordance with an Agreement to return an employee to
work, and
WHEREAS, the City Council may appropriate such revenues as set
forth in ORS 294.326 by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
SECTION 1: Revenue in the amount of $5,701 is recognized in the
General Fund.
SECTION 2: Funds are appropriated as follows:
General Fund
Library $2,685
Parks Maintenance $3,016(
