NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:

A fifteen foot wide strip of land located in the northwest quarter of Section
4 Township 2 South Range 1 WoaL, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon being described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 108, Cotswold Meadows No. 3, a
recorded plat-, Washington County Plat Records; thence North 01` 34` 57" East,
on the west line of said Lot 108, 8.95 feet; thence North 58rs 31 ' 17" East,
106.76 feet to tijo right--of-way line of S.W. Crist Ct.; thence, on said
right--of---way line, southeasterly, on a nontangent, 50 foot radius curve
concave to the northeast (the chord bears South 31- 28' 43" East, 15.00 feet),

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT VACATION HEARING
CGTSWALD MEADOWS NO. 3 SUBDIVISION

The Tigard city Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 8, 1989, at
7230 p.m. at the Tigard Civic Center Town Hall :zoom, 13125 SW Hall Boulevard,
Tigard, Oregon to consider the proposed vacation Of,& public pedestrian access
easement within Cotswald Meadows No. 3, a recorded plat in the City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon. The request was initiated by the City Council on
March 27, 1989 at the request of adjacent property owners. Any interested
person may appear aad be heard for or against the proposed vacation of said
easement. Any written objections or remonstrances shall be filed with the City
Recorder by May 8, 1989, by 7:30 p.m.
