WHEREAS, certain s_ih forfeitUr•e+: heave occurred totalling $150,741.40 which has
been deposited with the City of Tir7ard, .nd
W14EREAS, loct:l budget law requires unanticipated funds transferred to the City
for specific purposes to be appr•OpP-iatod by resolution before they may be
spent.
NOW, -MEREfORE::, BE IT RE:SOLVf_.f3 by the Tigard City Council that.:
