WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has surplus personal Property which is no lontier,
needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there will be an auction at the Cruisin' Tigard celebration on July
23, 1988 at 1:00 PM on Main Street; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the computer property would best be sold
through a bid process rather than at public auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 RESOLVED by the ligard City Council that:
Section 1: rho attached Exhibit "A" sets forth an itemized listing of all
surplus personal property which is to be sold either at auction
