WHEREAS, a summary of the Budget document as required by Chapter 294.416,

WHEREAS, a hearing by the city Council ot, the Budget document, as thus approved

0 1986-88 agreement between the City of Tigard and Tigard Police
Officer's Association dated June 15, 1987, until such time as
a new agreement is nel�otiated.
0 1987--89 agreement ki•�twoen LhO City of Tigard and Tigard municipal
Employee's Association/OPEU dated August 31, 1987 providing
for a 3% cost-of-living allowance (3.5% last year).
0 1988-89 salary/job classification pay plan for non-union employees as
set forth in the 1908-89 Budget., including 4 percent cost of
living adjustment within pay range (page xiv xv of Budget)
effective July 1, 1988 (3% last year).
