A FINAL. ORDER IN THE MATTER FOR TEMPORARY USE APPROVAL_ RENEWAL REQUESTED 8Y
THE CITY OF TIGARD FILE NO. TU 87-12, APPROVING THE APPLICATION SUBJECT" TO
CE:RTAI:N CONDI-TIONS, ENTERING F-INDINGS AND CONCLI)SIONS.
WHEREAS, the applicant requested a Temporary Use Permit approval to place a
mobile office trailer on commercially zoned pr•oper•t'y temporarily up to one
year; and
WHEREAS, the -(igard City Council heard the above application al: its regular
mn-ting of January 11, 1988 and voted to approve the applicant's request
subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The proposal satisfies the criteria necessary to approve a
temporary use.
Section The applicant has shown that due to an unpredictable
circumstances beyond the foresight and control of the
applicant, there will be a need for emergency office space for,
a one year period; and
Section 3: The Council, therefore, ORDERS that the above reference repo- :t
be, and the same here is, APPROVED subject to the following
conditions:
1. The temporary office shall be located to meet all setback
requirements of the Building Division.
2• The building shall not encroach upon the 100 year flood plan.
3. This approval is valid for one year from the date of the final
decision noted below.
