Resolution No. 87-126 -1Y Of -FIGCI '- ARD, OREGON] RESOI-UTION NO. 87--Jc4 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE Or REAL. PROPERTY AND APPROPRIATING CONTINCENCY. WHEREAS, the City Council has directed starf and legal counsel to negotiate for tfle purchase of property adjacent to the Tigard Civic Center; and WHEREAS, the negotiated price is $180,000; and WHEREAS, $150,000 in budgeted in General Capital Projects and the additional $30,000 is to be funded through the appropriation of contingency. NOW, THEREFORE, 8L If RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: Section 1: The purchase of said real property is approved and the. City Administrator is hereby authorized to procede with the purchase.
