RESOLUTION NO. 87—
A RESOLUTION FURTHERING ANNEXATION To FTHE c2DY ON' I ARD OF T THEE TERRAIT RY AS
OUTLINED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND
ZCA 87--13 (OGLE)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tigard held a public hearing on
June 15, 1987 to consider the annexation of 1.75 acres located west of
108th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property has requested that the Tigard City Council
initiate annexation of the property; and
WHEREAS by authority of ORS 199.490(1)(a) and 222.750 the Common Council of
the City may initiate the annexation; and
WHEREAS, the Council may request that the proposed annexation be approved
without the study, public hearing and adoption of a final order as authorized
by ORS 199.466.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: -The Council hereby approves the proposed annexation and
requests the Boundary Commission to approve the proposed
annexation without the study, public hearing and adoption of a
final order as required by ORS 199.461 and authorized by
ORS 199.466.
Section 2: The City Recorder is hereby directed to file certified copies
of the resolution with the Portland Metropolitan Area Local
Government Boundary commission at once.

That parcel of And located in the east half of Section 15, Township 2
South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian„ Washington County, Oregon, being
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of--way line of SW 108th
Avenue (CR. 1366, 40 feet wide) and I:he north line of a 20 foot wide roadway
described in Deed Book 77.6, Page 263, Washington County Deed Records, said
point uF beginning bears N.-nth 000 04' East 37.5 feet from the south line of
Lot 30, Willowbrook Farm, a recorded Plat, Washington County Plat Records;
thence on the north line of said 20 foot wide roadway North 88- 33' West
approximately 281.99 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 18, Dover Landing, a
recorded plat, Washington County Plat Records; thence South 22° 26' 39" Fast,
40.45 feet; thence South, parallelwith the west line of Lot 31 said
Willowbrook Farm; approximately 453 feet to the center of the Tualatin River;
thence on the center of said River, northeasterly to a point of intersection
with a line parallel with, and 140 feet west of, the centerline of SW 108th
Avenue; thence North, on said parallel line, approximately 425 feet, to the
south line of said 20 foot wide roadway; thence South 880 33' East, 120 feet
to the west right-of-way line of SW 108th Avenue; thence North, on said west
