Resolution No. 87-08 1 CII Y OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION NO. 87--08 A RESOLUT"ION RESPONDING TO A CLARIFICATION ,iEQUES-T BY THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNME"10- BOUNDARY COMMISS'.LOIv TO RESOLUTION NO. 86-140 (ZCA 20�-86`SOUTH METZGER WHEREAS, the City Council held a public nearing on December 29, 1986 to consider initiating annexation of the territory outlined on the attached map; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 86-140 on December 29, 1986 to forward the proposal to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for a hearing on 2/12/87; and WHEREAS, the City has received a request from the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for clarification to the language found in the legal description of the pro;,-rty as found in the Exhibit "A" attached to Resolution No. 86-140. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that: SECTION 1: The Council hereby clarifies the language contained in the legal desciption, designated as Exhibit "A" of Resolution 86-140 by amending said legal description to read as set forth in the Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof. SECTION 2: The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the Commission at once. PASSED: This rhday of J 1987.
