A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL DECLARING SURPLUS MATERIALS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has surplus materials and supplies which are
no longer needed for operation; and
WHEREAS, there will be an auction at the Crusin' Tigard 86 celebration on
y 26, 1986 at 1:00 P.M. at 12800 SW Ash Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL THAT:
Section 1: The attached Exhibit "A" sets forth an itemized listing of all
surplus materials and supplies which are to be sold at the
Crusin' Tigard celebration auction on July 2.6, 1986 at 1:00
P.M. at 12800 SW Ash Avenue, Tigard, Oregon.
