RESOLUTION NO. 86-1 _
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL MAKING APPOINTMENT TO THE CITY OF
TIGARD BUDGET COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Law requires that the City of Tigard Budget Committee consist
of five Councilors and an equal number of resident property owners; and
WHEREAS, due to a te-m of ofrice being vacant due to a member becoming a
Councilor, there is now one vacancy on the City of Tigard Budget Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE T_T RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1: The following person be appointed to the Tigard Budget
Committee for the term of office as indicated:
Susan Mueller /Term Expires 06/30/86
