RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL_ ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS KNOWN AS THE HALL BLVD. BAPTIST CHURCH SANT-VARY SEWER EXTENSION.
SUBJECT TO A ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE PERIOD, AND AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF TNF
BOND.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement dated June
28Th, 1985 with Hall d. Baptist Church, to install a sanitary sewer line
and appurtenances thereto, co specified standards; and
W}:EREAS, the Compliance Agreement stipulated that:
"Upon receipt of certification by the Community Development
Department that all requirements have been met and a One Year
Maintenance Bond, the City Council agrees to accept the public
improvements subject to the requirement for correction of
deficiencies and maintenance 'Por a period of one year.. .; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has now issued such

WHEREAS, the Church has indicated a desire to retain a portion of the Pxisting
performance bond in full force and effect throughout the aforesaid maintenance
period, in lieu of submitting a separate maintenance bond; said porti^.n to be
$930.00, which is specified therein said Agreement , to assure continued
maintenance and freedom from defects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
The Tigard City Council. hereby accepts the public improvements known as the
Hall Blvd. Baptist Church Sanitary Sewer Extension.

SUBJECT TO the normal. one year guarantee period;
AND FURTHER, the City Council hereby authorizes release of that portion of the
previously submitted performance bond which is not required to be retained;
said releasable sum being $3,719.00.
