RESOLUTION NO. 84-Kl�
A RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING ASSESSED PROPERTIES THAT ARE IN DEFAULT GIVING THE
NAME OF THE OWNER, THE SU24S DUE, TOGETHER WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
UPON WHICH THE SUMS ARE OWING.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Revised Statutes state an assessment becomes
delinquent anytime after 60 days from when it became due and payable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Tigard City Council that:
Section 1. The assessments in default are ilsted:

Section 2. The whole sum, both principal and interest, is declared
due and payable at once. Interest to be computed from the time of
assessment until paid at the rate charged to those who Bancrofted the
local improvement district assessments. Total amount due pursuant to
the terms of the agreement with Paul & Judy Deemie.
Section 3. The City Council directs the Finance Director and the
City Attorney to proceed at once to collect all unpaid instalments
and to enforce collection thereof, with all penalties added thereto.
