Resolution No. 82-28 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 82-28 j IN RE: APPEAL OF PYGMALION FLOWERS. [ WHEREAS, on March 8, 1982, per Resolution No. 82-24, the Tigard City ` Council called up the decision of the Tigard Planning Commission in Conditional Use CU 4-82. This case involved the application of Tim A. Settlemire, doing business as Pygmalion Flowers, for a florist shop on property owned by May S. Vincent, addressed as 12035 SW Pacific Highway, Tigard, Oregon, and also described as Washington County Tax Map 251 2AA, Tax Lot 1000; and , WHEREAS, the grounds for review were set forth in Council Resolution No. 82-24. After review of the record, it is ORDERED that the Final Order of the Tigard Planning Commission, together with the Findings, Conclusions, and Conditions be, and the same are hereby affirmed in all respects with the following exceptions to the Conditions of approval: 1. Subsitute for Planning Commission Condition No. 1, the following: "All curb cuts onto Pacific Highway shall conform to City of Tigard street improvement standards. In addition, all curb cuts onto Pacific Highway shall be improved with speed bumps for the length of each curb cut." 2. Eliminate the first sentence from Condition No. 2. and it is further ORDERED that the Planning Director be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to file this final order in his files and those of the City Recorder and to give notice of this final order as prescribed by Section 18.84.130 of the Tigard Municipal Code.
