RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMTROVEME-NTS CONSTRUCTED
WITHIN SU214ERFIELD NO. 2 SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard Subdivision Ordinance requires subdividers to
install streets, sidewalks, street lights, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, under-
ground utilities and other public facilities for the development of subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City further required the payment of fees and the execution
of a Compliance Agreement which stipulates that:
"Upon receipt of certification by the Department of Public Worcs
that all requirements have been met and a One Year Maintenance Bond,
the City Council agrees to accept the public improvements, subject
to the requirements for correction of deficiencies and maintenance
for a period of one year..."; and
WHEREAS, said Certification has now been received; and
WHEREAS, the original performance bond has remained in full force and
effect beyond the normally required maintenance period of one year, and
WHEREAS, the deficiencies which were required to be corrected therein
shave been repaired,

NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon,
,k hereby accepts the public improvements constructed within Summerfield No.2
Subdivision, said subdivision being recorded in Book 33 on.Page39 in Washington
County, Oregon, Plat Records.
AND FURTHER, the City Council herewith authroizes release of the aforsaid
bond.
