Resolution No. 81-11 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 81-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL REPEALING RESOLUTION No. 81-07 SUBSECTION (B) AND INSERTING THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGE REGARDING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 22 FOR SW HAMPTON STREET. j Section 1: Resolution No. 81-07 Subsection (b) is insufficient in setting forth the ;j estimated total cost of the said improvements for SW Hampton Street LID project. t Section 2: The City Council hereby finds that Resolution No. 81-07 subsection (b) Is hereby repealed and the following language adopted to replace said subsection. "That all lands situated within the boundaries described on the attached "EXHIBIT A" are determined and declared to be a street improvement assessment e district, to be known as "SW Hampton Street Improvement District", and it is further declared that each lot, part of lot and parcel of land within said boundaries will be especially benefited by said improvements, and that the total estimated cost of $430,350 for said improvements, the assessable costs a are estimated to be $376.890 which shall be assessed in full, on a frontage and area basis, against ali lands within said improvement district according to benefit."
