A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENTS KNOWN AS THE 92ND AVENUE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF
S.W. DURHAM ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City executed a Sanitary Sewer Compliance Agreement, dated
January 22, 1979, with Ken Bouman to install a public sanitary sewer line and
appurtenances thereto, to serve a residential subdivision, to specified standards;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council tentatively accepted the aforsaid improvements, via
Resolution 079-98, subject to the normal one year guarantee period; and
WHEREAS, a maintenance bond has been on file as required by said agreement,
ensuring continued maintenance of the work throughout the one year guarantee period;
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has issued certification that the specified
terms and conditions of said agreement and bond have now been satisfactorily completed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, hereby
accepts the public main line sanitary sewer improvements known as the 92nd Avenue
Sanitary Sewer Extension;
AND FURTHER, the City Council Lerein authorizes release of the aforsaid
maintenance bond.
