A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR
UNFORSEEN EXPENSES. }

WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council recognizes that the installation
of the computer has created costs over and above those of the
preliminary estimates; and

WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council recognizes that the unemployment
expenses for the City have exceeded the budgeted figures,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Tigard City Council transfers the following
funds to cover the expenses of the computer installation and unemployment
expenses.
