A RESOLUTION DECLARING A PORTION OF SW 110th STREET IN THE CITY OF TIGARD
AS A PUBLIC STREET AND ROADWAY AND ACCEPTING THE SAME AS A PUBLIC STREET
AND ROADWAY.
WHEREAS, that portion of SW 110th Street lying generally north
of SW Gaarde Street and extending 352 feet more or less to the north has
been used as a public street and roadway for a period of time in excess of
10 years, and
WHEREAS the westerly 16.6 feet of the street has not been carried
and shown as a tax account on the records of the Department of Revenue and
Taxation of Washington County, Oregon, and no ad volorem property taxes
have been levied against that portion, and
WHEREAS the City of Tigard has accepted the said 110th Street as
a public street;
NOW, therefore, be it resolved:
That certain portion of SW 110th Street described in Exhibit "A"
is hereby accepted as a public street and roadway to be knoin and designated
as SW 110th Street.

Exhibit "A"
DESCRIPTION:
A tract of land 16.6 feet in width in the Southeast one-quarter
of Section 3, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, in Washington County, Oregon, the west line described
as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of that tract of land
conveyed to First Baptist Church of Tigard in Deed recorded
August 8, 1969, in Book 752, Page 933, Washington County
Records; thence South along the east line of said Church
tract and the southerly extension thereof, 352 feet to the
north line of SW Gaarde Street and the terminus of said line.
