RESOLUTION No. 78-&41
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL RECOGNIZING, COMMENDING AND
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE DEVOTED PUBLIC SERVICE OF MARY PAYNE
IN HER ROLE IN COMMUNITY SERVICE.
WHEREAS, Mary Payne has effectively served the public in a
number of areas such as the Park Board and the Friends of the Museum;
and
WHEREAS, Mary Payne has devoted her time, experience, knowledge
and dedication to the City of Tigard through her volunteer time; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tigard are deeply indebted
to Mary Payne for her distinguished service to our City.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tigard:
Section 1: The City Council expresses its sincere appreciation to
Mary Payne for her volunteer service to the City, on
behalf of the City of Tigard and all its residents.
Sention 2: A copy of this resolution shall be spread upon the
minutes of the City Council o? the City of Tigard as
a perpetual memento and a signed copy of same be
presented to Mary Payne in appreciation.
