RESOLUTION No. 77- 5—
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS.FOR
THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY FOR 1976-77 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council has determined that it is necessary
to increase the appropriation for the following account for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1976 to provide for unanticipated expenses:
Mayor & Council Dept (1-10) for Materials & Services in the sum of
$250.00; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Personal Service Account
of the Mayor & Council Department, General Fund, available for transfer
to!:the above noted accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The sum of $250.00 is hereby transferred from the Mayor
& Council Department Personal Services Account of the
General Fund to Mayor & Council Department Material &
Services Account in the amount listed below:
