Resolution No. 77-27 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON RESOLUTION No. 77-_?Z A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the City; and WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government i1oundary Commission; and WHEREAS, the petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
