Resolution No. 76-73 ?` CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON 0 RESOLUTION No. 76- -v�_ RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE MAJORITY ANNEXATION AND RECOMMEND FORWARDING TO PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION. WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed a petition for annexation of the lands described on the attached Exhibit "Al' to the City; and WHEREAS, the petition has been processed in accordance with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission; and WHEREAS, the Petition meets the requirements of the triple majority annexation statute, NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and adoption.
