A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO RAYMOND
EMS FOR HIS PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE TIGARD PLANNING COMMISSION, j
WHEREAS, Raymond Ems has served as a member of the Tigard Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Tigard City Council wishes to recognize the many
hours of dedicated service provided by Raymond Ems.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD THAT:
Section 1: The City Council expresses its sincere appreciation to
Raymond Ems, for service on the Tigard Planning Commission,
on behalf of the City of Tigard and all its residents.
Section 2: A copy of this resolution shall be presented to Raymond
Ems and this resolution shall be spread upon the journal
of the City as a permanent record of the dedicated service ;
of Raymond Ems.
