RESOLUTION No. 74- .6e
RESOLUTION RECORDING THE DESIRE OF THE CITY OF TIGARD TO ACCEPT
C A DEED OF DEDICATION AND TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
RECORDER TO ACKNOWLEDGE SULM IN BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the execution of a Street Dedication
Compliance Agreement (dated January 19, 1972) the petitioner,
therein, had requested the City to permit dedication of property
to the public, namely: S.W. 112th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all public improvements required to be constructed
by the peitioner(s)' contractor to such end have been comr:ated,
as specified on the approved construction plan (dated January,
1972) and as stipulated in the aforementioned Compliance Agree-
ment, and the same has been accepted by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tigard deems it necessary,
expedient and ihthe best interest of the publfc, for the purpose
of general traffic circulation, to accept the submitted deed of
dedication, attached hereto and designated Exhibit "1" and by
reference thereto made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City Of Tigard:
(a) That the City Council Of4Tigard does hereby accept
said deed of dedication.
(b) That the City '�uncil of Tigard does hereby authorize
the mayor and City Recorder to acknowledge such in behalf of
the City.
(c) That the City Council of Tigard does hereby direct the
City Recorder to record such in the appropriate records of
Washington County, Oregon. gg
