A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE NEED FOR AND REQUESTING THE OREGON STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF
HALL BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF TIGARD OREGON.
WHEREAS, Hall Boulevard, in the City of Tigard, is a State Highway;
and
WHEREAS, The Tigard City Council finds that safe traffic movement
is jeapordised by vehicles using a portion of the paved area of Hall
Boulevard in the vicinity of Burnham Street for parking purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVCD by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon that:
Section It The Department of Transportation is hereby requested to
establish a no parking sone on Hall Boulevard from lanno
Creek northerly to Pacific Highway and to so designate and appropriately
mark same.
Section 29 A Copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the Oregon
State Department of Transportation by the City Recorder.
