c` RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL CONSENTING TO THE
ANNEXATION BY THE TIGARD WATER DICTRICT OF
CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF TIGARD
WHEREAS, the Tigard Water District is petitioning the Portland
Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission for annexation
to the Water District, of certain parcels of land lying with-Ln the
boundaries of the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the above properties are not now within the Tigard
Water District; and
WHEREAS, development and inhabitancy of the above properties
will be benefitted by its inclusion within the Tigard Water District.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tigard,
Oregon:
(1) By adoption of this resolution consent to the
annexation of certain parcels of land, as described
on the attached "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof,
by the Tigard Water District in conformance with
O.R.S. 199.515.

"EXHIBIT A"
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 65, DURHAM ACRES,
Section 12, T2S, RIW, W.M., Washington County, Oregon; thence
southerly along the east line of Lots 65, 64, 53, 52. 41, 40, 33,
32, 25, 24, 17, 16, 9, and 8, DURHAM ACRES, 3770 feet, more or less
to a point 66.3 feet south of the southeast corner of said Lot 3,
DURHAM ACRES; thence S 260 26' W, 589.58 feet to the southerly
southeast corner of Lot 1, DURHAM ACRES, as described in Book 465,
Page 358, Deed Records, which point is also located in the center
Of S.W. Durham Road; thence southeasterly along the centerline of
said Durham Road 100 feet, more or less, to the intersection of
Panno Creek; thence following the centerline of Panno Creek in its
meanderings south, west, and southeast, 1800 feet, more or less, to
the south line of Oregon Electric Railroad right-of-way; thence
along the south and east line of said right-of-way 6000 feet, more
or less, to the centerline of S.W. Bonita Road; thence west along
centerline of said Bonita Road 500 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning.
