WNENEAS, the City of Tigard hew received and reviewed a petition
for annexation of the leads described on the attached Ewbiblt W to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the petition hew been processed in accordance witb tha
procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan Area Local Oovaronaat
Bauadary Ceswission; and
WHEREAS. the petition meets the requirements of the triple two-
thirds anaaxation statute. ONB 212.170.
NOW, THEREPORE,
BE IT RESOLVEDt The Tigard City Council acknosldges receipt of
annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof and recommends
it be forwarded to the Portland Matrepalitau Area Local Government Boundary
Commiaston for hearing and adoption.
