RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ACXNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF TRIPLE
TWO-THIRDS ANNEXATION AND RECOMMM FORWARDING TO PORTLAND
MMTROFMIT_K AREA LOCAL. GOVERNMM HGUNnaAY COMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Tigard has received and reviewed
a petition for annexation of the lands described on the
attached Exhibit "A" to the City, and
WHEREAS, the petition has been.proceased in accordance
with the procedures established by the Portland Metropolitan
Area Lucsl Goverment Boundary Commission, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Tigard City Council acknowledges receipt of
annexation petition as attached hereto and made a part hereof
and recommends it be forwarded to the Portland Metropolitan
Area Local Government Boundary Commission for hearing and
adoption.
